Welcome to Norfolk Construction Training Group
The NCTG is funded by Construction Skills and is here to assist its members with managing their training requirements.
The main aim is to assist the members with complying with current HSE Training and Health and Safety requirements and industry best practise.
This in turn will assist them with obtaining contracts and retaining a loyal, safe workforce.
The N.C.T.G has been in existence for approximately 40 years, however with the injection of Construction Skills funding and the appointment of a Training Officer working solely and independently for the group, the future is bright.
Quarterly meetings with topical presentations will take place through the year.
We will offer a support network for our members and take the hassle out of the subject as much as possible.
Networking opportunities will give members the chance to share their ideas, experience and product knowledge as well as gaining information relating to local projects and tenders.
There will also be a range of training courses arranged as depicted by the requirements of the members.
This will provide the opportunity for members to take advantage of training their workforce at lower prices than would usually be available to them.
