Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
‘CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. By ensuring that the workforce are appropriately qualified the card plays its part in improving standards and safety on UK construction sites.’

Great day yesterday at the CITB Employer Roadshow in Cambridge. Some really interesting Speakers and Employer engagement made it an informative day.
Visited West Suffolk College today and had a tour round their very impressive Construction facilities for students.
Visited the Constructionarium at the National Construction College in Bircham Newton today, an excellent facility for students to gain hands-on Construction experience.

The statistics around mental health in construction are shocking. As awareness around mental health increases within the industry, the culture still needs to change.
