Abrasive Wheels – Theory Only – Half day course or Theory and Practical full day .
The theory training provides delegates with the knowledge of the applicable health and safety legislations and understanding of the hazards and risks involved with abrasive wheels operations and PPE requirements.
The practical session is a demonstration by the trainer with delegate participation to learn and practice the basic skills in the safe use of a machine and know how to perform the necessary safety checks.
CAT AND GENNY Courses – Inhouse or Accredited
There are accredited and in-house courses available that provide operatives and supervisors with the knowledge and skills they need to carry out cable avoidance work and use the Cable Avoidance Tool (CAT) and the Signal Generator (Genny) safely.
Courses are designed for anyone in charge of locating and identifying underground cables when undergoing street works.
NRSWA courses
The training is designed to equip you and your team with the skills and knowledge to adhere to the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991. The NRSWA courses are essential for anyone who is working with street works on the UK highway, or for anyone who wants to learn new skills.

There are a range of construction based NVQs available to provide your employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for their role.
