Meet the team

Samantha Thomas – Group Training Officer

Armed with a range of experience predominantly in sales positions working within the Travel, Local Media, Hospitality, and more latterly Construction (Training) Industries she took up the role of Group Training Officer for N.C.T.G. in March 2008.

Samantha has been able to utilise a wide range of transferable skills to assist her with managing the needs of the members, whilst accommodating the inevitable changes to the role incurred by the evolving requirements of the funding remit, thus enabling the Group to ensure financial stability, sustainability and strength for the future.

Helen Vooght-Rogers – Group Training Officer Support

Helen joined NCTG in July 2021 as the Group Training Officer Support Administrator.  She comes from a background of working in the Public and Private Sector in a variety of roles.

Before moving to Norfolk she worked for for a local authority in their  corporate Health and Safety team.  Therefore, she understands the importance for organisations to have access to high quality training for their work force, especially within a high-risk sector such as the construction industry.

Helen  shares Samantha’s ethos for strong communication and customer focus.
