The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) have launched a new Talent Retention Scheme aims to help talented individuals showcase their experience and expertise and help businesses find the skills they need. Candidates can register their personal profile and CV through a tailored portal and use that to search for vacancies. Companies interested in candidates can contact them through the portal and promote their job vacancies.
