The CITB with their partners have started a programme of Onsite Experience Hubs to help people get ready to work on construction sites all over England and Wales. It is recognised that there’s a big need for folks who are ready to work in construction, but not enough of them.
This is a special training programme by the CITB and their partners will teach you the skills, knowledge, and good behaviours you need to be ready for work on a construction site.
