What's it all about? This programme of Onsite Experience Hubs is part of CITB's plan to help people like you get ready to work on construction sites all over England and Wales. There's a big need for folks who are ready to work in construction, but not enough of them.
This is a special training programme by the CITB and their partners that will teach you the skills, knowledge, and good behaviours you need to be ready for work on a construction site. After the training, there is help to connect you with construction companies who need people like you to work on their sites. If you show them that you've got what it takes, they might even offer you a job!
